High-quality carbon fiber cloth is cut and prepared as the base reinforcement for 2D CFC composites.
Multiple layers of carbon fiber cloth are laminated with resin to form a 2D planar preform structure.
Laminated preforms are fully impregnated with carbon-rich resin to eliminate voids and enhance bonding.
Impregnated 2D preforms undergo high-temperature carbonization to convert resin into a solid carbon matrix.
Carbonized 2D CFC is graphitized at over 2000℃ to enhance thermal stability and in-plane strength.
2D CFC components are precision machined to your exact specifications and tight dimensional tolerances.

3D carbon fiber fabric is woven with fibers in X, Y & Z directions for omnidirectional reinforcement.
3D fabric is formed into a near-net-shape preform, locking in the three-dimensional fiber structure.
3D preforms undergo CVI/CVD and resin impregnation to fill voids and build a dense carbon matrix.
Infiltrated 3D preforms are carbonized at 1000℃ to pyrolyze resin and stabilize the structure.
Densified 3D CFC is graphitized at ultra-high temperatures to optimize isotropic strength and thermal properties.
