What Is Rigid Graphite Insulation Felt

Rigid graphite felt board (also known as rigid graphite insulation board or rigid carbon felt board) is a rigid carbon fiber thermal insulation material designed for high-temperature applications up to 3000°C in vacuum or inert atmosphere furnaces.

Thermoformed

The fabric is thermoformed with a high-temperature resin binder into rigid shapes (boards, cylinders, etc.).

Carbonization

Carbonization treatment at 1000℃ removes binders and volatiles.

High-Temperature Graphitization

High temperature graphitization at 2300℃ ensures high purity, excellent thermal stability, and 100% outgassing.

Precision Machining & Packing
